There are circumstances that may prevent you from joining us in one of our showrooms. For those situations, we’ve created a Virtual Design Appointment (VDA) that minimizes the time we need to meet in person. We’ve tried to anticipate questions you may have about this appointment option. If you have further questions, please reach out to us. We are happy to help!
What will my Virtual Design Appointment look like?
Once you request a VDA, one of our salespeople or designers will reach out to you and schedule your first appointment. A Microsoft TEAMS invitation will be emailed to you. On the day and time of the appointment you will click on the link in the email which will connect you to the meeting. It's just like in person, just on a screen! We will assess your project and discuss your goals. Just like in person, floor plans and 3D images of your project will be able to be shared and manipulated on your screen.
What Installed Services are available through Virtual Design Appointment?
Our complete list of Residential Installed Services are available through VDA.
Kitchen & Bath Custom Cabinetry Decks & Porches
Shower Doors Doors & Windows Garage Door install & repair
Custom Closets Insulation Composite Pier Decking
What do I need in order to participate in a Virtual Design Appointment?
VDA's are possible on any device that has a camera and microphone. For more in-depth appointments that will involve our designers' sharing layouts and 3D images, we recommend a device with a larger screen such as a laptop or desktop.
How do I book my Virtual Design Appointment?
Fill out the Contact Us form on our website or call one of our two showrooms. Salespeople and designers at our main store in Hollywood (301. 373. 2111) are ready to assist you with our complete list of installed services. Designers at our design showroom in Lexington Park (240. 237. 8233) are ready to assist you with Kitchen & Bath design.
How should I prepare for my Virtual Design Appointment?
Consider how you would prepare for an important meeting with someone in your home. The same applys for VDA. We recommend you eliminate the possibility of interuption by letting the people in your home know you will be in a meeting and, therefore, will be temporarily unavailable. Also, consider phones,TV'S, radios, pets, etc. Preparing your space for the meeting helps to ensure you will get the most from your VDA.
As always, we are excited for the opportunity to meet with you to help solve problems/concerns with your home, as well as, join with you to help make dream design projects a reality. 'Virtual' may initially seem odd; but we have found, once you get started, it's quite amazing! It really is a cool process!!! Whether in person, or on screen, we can't wait to see you!
