What is capped polymer decking material?Capped polymer decking does not contain any wood products. Unlike composite decking, Azek Max’s Capped Polymer Decking boards are composed of a mainly - polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which is most commonly known as vinyl. The lack of wood fiber in this material makes capped polymer the superior choice for decking around water applications such as piers, boardwalks, and most commercial applications.
